The Leki Instructor Carbon are Leki's best selling Nordic Walking poles, they are a perfect combination of lightweight and durability with a fully adjustable length

Adjustable 2-section poles with aluminum/ carbon construction that reduces overall swing weight and promotes a quicker pace for advanced fitness walkers and beginners alike.

The adjustable length allows for advanced technique and training drills (where a longer pole is advantageous), and makes this the ideal choice for group use and fitness walking and training.
