Ambleside Outdoor Festival

Ambleside, The Lake District September 16th - 19th 2010 .

Ambleside is to host an outdoor festival featuring a host of activities from fell racing to open water swimming and bushcraft  demonstrations.

Events planned include an exhibition of mountain photography,  screenings of archive mountain films, open mic nights and debates between prominent mountaineers, a road-bike hill climb time trial, navigation and orienteering tuition, guided bike rides, a fell walkers’ podiatry clinic and more.

The first Ambleside Outdoor Festival 2010 is sure to be a winner, so why not head to the hills and come along, tell your freinds and family and have a great weekend.
